Is there a free landlord app?

Yes. Tenyspace is free for your first property, with no credit card required. You get maintenance tracking and tenant messaging on the free plan, and you can upgrade as your rental portfolio grows.

Can tenants report maintenance issues online?

Tenants report problems from their phone with photos, priority and preferred access times. Each request lands in your maintenance queue so you can triage repairs in seconds instead of chasing texts and voicemails.

Can I collect rent online?

Yes. On paid plans you can collect rent online with autopay and automatic receipts, paid out directly to your bank. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, so card details never touch our servers.

Do my tenants need to install anything?

No installation is required. Tenants get a private, invite-only link and can use Tenyspace in any web browser, or add it to their home screen as an app. Both landlord and tenant see the same live messages and updates.
